九月一日的晚上，妈妈就开始教我学英语。我用右手指着英语句子，妈妈念一句我跟着念一句。可看着一排排密密麻麻的英文字母和句子，我脑袋都大了。妈妈教完一遍又一遍，然后就教我念给她听，我难过地低下了头，因为我不会读，这时候，妈妈似乎看透了我的心思，微笑着说：“没关系，我再教你几遍。”妈妈又耐心地教了我一遍又一遍，这时候，妈妈鼓励我读，可是，我还不确定自己读得是否正确，就在那里小声地读，妈妈听见了，对我说：“大声地读吧，其实你是读正确了的。”听了妈妈的话，我放心了，我大胆地读了出来，读完后，妈妈说：“好的，你终于读会了。英语是语言学科，英语单词就像我们生词，英语句子就像我们的句子，要多听，多读，多写，慢慢地，以后你就会运用，写出优美的英语作文。”
然后，妈妈给我做了一张张英语卡片，叫我抄下来，在英语本上写一行，默写在草稿纸上，写不起再写一行，直到会写了为止。默写完了，妈妈叫我读一遍，顿时，我感到容易多了。第二天，第三天……第七天，没天早晨起来我读了三遍，我终于背下来了。
经过这几天的英语学习，我感觉学英语并不是很难，但在于你认不认真。俗话说得好：世上无难事，只怕有心人。
